Who are your contractors, and how do you choose them?

Our contractors cover a wide range of services, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and general repairs. We partner with specialists to handle all maintenance needs efficiently and professionally.

Absolutely. Strategic renovations, such as upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, or common areas, can significantly boost your property’s value and attract premium tenants. We work with you to identify the most impactful improvements.
We provide a range of renovation services, from minor upgrades like painting and flooring to full-scale remodels, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as complete property overhauls.
What are your property management fees?
Our management fees vary depending on the type of dwelling, but they are generally between $100-125 per unit, plus HST.
We do not charge an additional administrative fee for smaller maintenance jobs. This ensures transparency and keeps costs manageable for property owners
