How does your leasing process work? Do I have any input?
At AVS Hospitality, we manage the tenant placement process with care and transparency. Here’s how it works:
• Tenant Selection: Once we identify a qualified applicant, we’ll provide you with a detailed summary via email for review.
• Your Approval: No tenant will be placed without your approval. You have the final decision on whether to accept or decline any applicant.
• Legal Guidelines: It’s essential to follow legal regulations when rejecting applicants, as there are limited acceptable reasons for doing so.

Who are your contractors, and how do you choose them?
We work with a network of trusted, licensed contractors who specialize in various aspects of property maintenance and repairs. Each contractor is carefully vetted for quality, reliability, and experience to ensure they meet our high standards.
Our contractors cover a wide range of services, including plumbing, electrical work, HVAC maintenance, landscaping, and general repairs. We partner with specialists to handle all maintenance needs efficiently and professionally.
Can you help increase the value of my property through renovations?
Absolutely. Strategic renovations, such as upgrading kitchens, bathrooms, or common areas, can significantly boost your property’s value and attract premium tenants. We work with you to identify the most impactful improvements.
We provide a range of renovation services, from minor upgrades like painting and flooring to full-scale remodels, including kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as complete property overhauls.
What are your property management fees?
Our management fees vary depending on the type of dwelling, but they are generally between $100-125 per unit, plus HST.
We do not charge an additional administrative fee for smaller maintenance jobs. This ensures transparency and keeps costs manageable for property owners
